General Assembly of Nepali Film Directors Society has been canceled. After pretest by dissatisfied members of this organisation assembly has been postponded for Bhadra 7, 2071 (23 August, 2014)
During the program protesters including director Rishi Lamichhane and MS Agraj has stepped on the stage to rise a voice against assembly. According to them there were no organizational system for general assembly has been followed by board. Out of 300 members why only 64 has been approved ? they asked to president Dinesh DC.
After long debate, as per some of their advisors the assembly has stopped for 10 minutes to discuss and solve the problem and finally both groups agreed to postpone it for 23 August.
