In an unprecedented turn of events, the House meeting today witnessed a rare exchange of heated arguments between Speaker and Kamal Thapa. Parliament meeting has resumed after Kamal Thapa, Chairman of Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nepal, pleaded guilty.Speaker Nemang and Thapa had started putting blames on each other after the former cut off the mic-line at the 12th minute. Speaker had cut off the mic-line after his speech exceeded to allotted 10 minutes’ time.
